Has Kennedy Agyapong silenced Prophet Badu kobi?
Looking at the coming days, there was founder and leader of Perez Chapel, Bishop Charles Agyinasare who was reportedly called out religious leaders in Ghana for their inability to equally also call out the leaders and politicians in the country over the offence they cosset in.
The founder and leader of Glorious Wave Church, Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi can be mentioned as one of the pastors in the country who have sought to criticize the government of Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo for their actions since they assumed power.
The current party in government and the main opposition party, the National democratic Congress, the crusade by Prophet Badu Kobi have been done with the right intentions or maybe wrong ones depending on which angle he is assessed from.
In his criticism against the government, Prophet Badu kobi incurred the anger of one man in the country who has sworn to deal with anyone who crosses his path.
Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong some few months back made a declaration of his mission to deal with Badu Kobi.
According to Kenny Agyapong, Prophet Kobi is a thief and rapist who owns lots of luxurious stolen cars which have no duties on them and due to that, he doesn’t have the authority to disrespect the president.
The two started a spat which went on for some time until reports emerged that Kennedy Agyapong through the state security agencies had made some of his cars to be seized.
It was also reported that Prophet Badu Kobi was to be prosecuted by the state as investigations made revealed that he had actually not paid duties on some of his cars.
While the prophet might have tried to also fight back against the MP, he is said to have given in and sent emissaries to the MP to beg for forgiveness.
